At HEAT Culinary, we strive to create an environment that is both educational and entertaining, and we welcome everyone from the experienced home cook to those who have never boiled water! Every class begins with a short introduction to key kitchen equipment, knife techniques, etc - and then we dive right in to the recipes and get cooking.
