Class Description: Learn tips and techniques to achieve maximum flavor in a healthy "clean" meal. 

In this class, we will create the following menu:

  • Valencia Orange Celeriac & Spinach Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette
  • Sautéed Sweet Potato, Parsnips, Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts in a Pomegranate Glaze
  • Baked Lemon Chicken Over Asparagus
  • Fresh Peach Ice Cream (Almond Milk)
