Class Description: A traditional Japanese 7-course meal, where seasonings are delicately added so as to feature the flavors of the main ingredient.

This class will cover the following:

  • Sakizuke (appetizer)– Steamed Edamame with Roasted Sesame Salt Crumble

  • Hassun (seasonal sushi)– Citrus Roll with Salmon, Avocado, Unagi Sauce & Zest

  • Mukōzuke (seasonal sashimi)– Yellowtail & Serrano Pepper

  • Takiawase (vegetables with protein)– Sesame Crusted Ahi with Bok Choy

  • Futamono (soup)– Miso Soup

  • Yakimono (flamed grilled) – Grilled Short Ribs with Teriyaki Glaze

  • Su-zakana (pickled vegetable) – Pickled Wakame Seaweed Salad
