Class Description: Skillet cooking is filled with maximum flavor and you can learn to saute, bake, braise and roast all in a cast-iron pan. (Class will also cover seasoning, cleaning and pan storage).

In this class, we will create the following menu:

  • Blistered Brussel Sprouts with a Caramelized Onion

  • Potato Bacon Hash with a Fried Egg

  • Skillet Chicken with White Wine Sauce

  • Apple Cinnamon Dutch Baby
