Class Description: Sweet & tangy preserves and pickling food preservation, are just a few of the winter canning recipes we'll whip up together. (Mason jars included)

In this class, we will create the following menu:

  • Bourbon Bacon Jam

  • Jalapeno Dill Pickles

  • Sweet & Spicy Onion Marmalade

  • Clementine Chutney
