Class Description: Delicious recipes from the vineyard, featuring a selection of wines that infuse each dish with flavor.

In this class, we will create the following menu:

  • Radicchio Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette

  • Roasted Artichokes with Pinot Grigio & Garlic Aioli

  • Risotto with Mushrooms & Sweet Peas (Sauvignon Blanc)

  • Beef Daube Provencal (Wine Braised Beef Stew)
