Class Description: Spend a few hours with HEAT Culinary to “Make & Take” two delicious pies for 4th of July, that your friends and family will LOVE! We’ll supply all the technique, ingredients and boxes for you to make & take pies home to bake.

In this class, we will create the following menu:

• Perfect “Flaky” Double-Butter Pie Crust (4 Shells Total, top/bottom crust)

• Lattice Top Classic Apple Pie

• “Stars & Stripes” Cherry & Blueberry Pie

** Take-Home pie tins & boxes included.
