Chef Nikki Dailey, Owner & Executive Chef

Chef Nikki is a freelance food writer, culinary blogger, and cooking instructor with a passion for seasonal local and organic cuisine. Whether developing recipes, teaching cooking classes or catering large events, good food is always on her mind. Raised in an Italian home, Nikki's family kitchen was one of great love and laughter as she learned the value of hard work, wholesome food, and good wine. 

As an alum of The Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY, Chef Nikki has cooked world-wide alongside some of your favorite TV chef personalities. She has earned the title of fromager and worked as a sommelier while organizing food and wine events for discerning clients. After years working culinary production in many of the country's top restaurants, she decided to pursue her true passion and start her own business for the home cook. Nikki and her team enjoy instructing classes and hosting events for both individuals as well as large corporate groups. 

Chef Amanda Bonzagni

Beginning in 2010, Chef Amanda has established herself as a specialist in the art of baking and pastry. Her culinary journey commenced with her education at Orange Coast College, where she honed her skills and acquired a solid foundation in the culinary arts.

Throughout her career, Amanda has gained invaluable experience working in 5-star, 5-diamond pastry kitchens. Her time spent in these establishments allowed her to refine her craft and develop a keen understanding of the intricacies involved in creating exquisite pastries and desserts. Driven by her passion for culinary creativity, Amanda has taken her expertise a step further by owning and operating her own cookie business, Third Moon Bakery. Through her business, she has found joy in connecting with others through the medium of food, bringing smiles and delight with her delectable treats.

Beyond her entrepreneurial endeavors, Amanda loves connecting with people and holds a passion for teaching. She is thrilled to share her wealth of knowledge and experience with aspiring culinary enthusiasts, guiding them to explore their own creativity.
